2026 Spring Season

Halfway National Spring Registration Welcome!

Please Note: Online registration is only the first step. You must also attend an in-person session to finalize registration, which includes:

Player uniform sizing (shirt and hat).

Receiving raffle tickets.

Making payment.

We are not accepting online payments through this system to avoid excessive fees that would be passed on to our families.

Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once the online registration is successfully completed that will include the medical form that you may complete PRIOR to coming to registration to speed up your process, if you don't have the means to print it we will have the form available for you to handwrite.

Player Divisions by Age and Skill Level:

T-Ball

ages 4 & 5 (or 6-year-olds who are first-time players)

Developmental: For players learning the basics. A 6-year-old may play if it is their first time and is developmentally appropriate. Focus is on instruction.

Coach Pitch- Rookie

ages 5* & 6 (or 7-year-olds who are first-time players)

Players hit only from a coach-pitched ball. 5-year-olds must have completed 1 year of T-Ball.

Players should be more independent and able to be on the field with parental support from the sidelines.

Minor AA Division

ages 7 & 8

Kid Pitch with Coach Assistance: Focus is on player development. Players will experience both kid pitching and some coach pitching. 7-year-olds with previous experience should play in this division.

Draft Eligible/ AAA Minor

ages 9, 10, 11, 12

The AAA division is the "Kid Pitch" division, focusing primarily on skill development and increasing baseball IQ. All players in this division are guaranteed a spot on a team and no one is cut. Players are encouraged to work hard with the goal of being drafted into the Major division the following season.

Players who try out for the Major division but are not drafted, or choose not to be drafted, will be placed in the AAA division.

Important Note for Registration:

If your player prefers not to be drafted into the Major division, please indicate this in the comment section of the registration form. We still highly encourage all players to attend tryouts, regardless of their draft preference, as this helps with AAA team placement.-----*Note: Little League rules require all 12-year-olds to be drafted, unless a parent or league waiver is requested.

Major Division - Returning Players Only

Ages: 10, 11, and 12

Eligible Teams: Players must have previously played on one of the following teams in the Major Division:

Western MD Plumbing

Intermediate Division

Our goal is to form an Intermediate team for the 2026 season!

REGISTRATION FEE's --- YOU WILL PAY IN PERSON- WE TAKE CARD- CHECK OR CASH

T-Ball Player Fee $150 (includes $75 in raffle tickets to sell)

Baseball Player Fee- $175 (includes $100 in raffle tickets to sell)

Have more than one player? Pay $275 for the family rate (includes $125 in raffle tickets to sell)

*Sell the raffle tickets & you keep the money. You have paid for the tickets you just simply turn in the ticket stubs for the opening day drawing!

*All player fees include refundable concession stand and volunteer fee once duties are completed

FOR PLAYERS AGE 8 and UP ONLY- please be prepared to upload or have 3 proofs of residency (1 in each of the required categories) when registering. When using a bill it must be dated 2/1/24- 2/1/25- when UPLOADING the document BE SURE to capture the DATE in the photo along with your name and address, you may black out account and other personal information. Players who attend Rockland Woods, Lincolnshire, Hickory, Emma K Doub and ER Hicks we encourage school enrollment forms.

What is required for registration?

Please bring the following items to registration:

Player: Your player must be present for uniform sizing.

Payment: Payment for registration fees.

Residency/Enrollment Proof (For players 8 years or older):

Three proofs of residency OR a school enrollment form- REMINDER if you used a school enrollment form in past years you DO NOT need a new one each year!

If using residency proof, you must have one document from each specified category.
